Exchange Policy

  • 7-Day Exchange Window:
    We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
    • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    • The product includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  • Process for Exchange:
    To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at imqaan28@gmail.com or call us at +92 333-4430654. Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds Except for Damaged Items:
    We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
  • Damaged Products:
    If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team at imqaan28@gmail.com or +92 336 4616575. To process your refund or replacement, we require:
    • Clear photographs of the damaged product.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
      Once the claim is verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, as per your preference.

Important Notes

  1. No Refund or Exchange for Customized Items:
    Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs for returning items (in the case of exchanges) are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
  3. Processing Time:
    Refunds (for damaged items) and exchanges may take 7-10 business days to process after we receive the product and verify its condition.
